Training

Incorporating the principles of discipline, motivation, and team work this fitness training is unlike any other, each day is different and fun and challenging. You will achieve more results, faster and with less money than you ever would at a gym or with a "personal trainer".  Our sessions are coed and every fitness level is invited to attend, if you are overweight or underweight, or in great shape or in bad shape, we will cater the exercises to your ability so they will be fun and challenging.  

At the end of each month the class is given a "PT" test to check the progress you've made.  You will see results.  Also, we periodically give out fitness awards on a case-by-case basis, to the member that shows the most progress and best attitude in the class.
